Which pages do you audit?

By default: your start page plus the most important pages discovered from your own navigation, up to your plan's page count. If you have a specific list (the pages named in a demand letter, for example), give us that list at order time and we audit exactly those.

What standard do you audit against?

WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced in effectively all US ADA web litigation and EU EAA enforcement. Findings cite the specific success criterion.

Exactly what does AI do, and what does the human do?

Machines run the deterministic checks and collect evidence. AI evaluates the judgment criteria machines cannot test, always against captured evidence. The certified specialist verifies serious findings, resolves everything automation flagged as undecidable, spot-checks with keyboard and screen reader on the criteria automation is weakest at, and signs the report. The report itself labels which layer produced each finding. Full detail on the methodology page.

Can you audit pages behind a login?

Not in the standard flow yet. If key pages require login, tell us at order time: depending on the setup we can sometimes use a test account, or we scope to public pages and say so plainly in the report.

Do you fix the issues too?

No. We are deliberately audit-only, which is also why our report is credible as independent. The remediation instructions are written so your own developer or agency can act on them directly.

What if my attorney has questions about a finding?

Reply to the delivery email. Questions about specific findings get answered by us with the evidence attached, fast and in writing. That paper trail is usually exactly what the attorney wants anyway.

Refunds?

If we cannot deliver the audit as scoped (site unreachable, pages behind login we could not handle), we refund the undeliverable part in full. If the report ships as promised, the work is done and paid for. If something in it is wrong, tell us and we correct it at no charge.

Will you certify my site as compliant after I fix things?

No, and be wary of anyone who will. There is no such thing as a compliance certificate that binds a court. What we can do is re-audit after remediation at the same flat pricing, so you have dated before and after reports showing the issues were addressed.

Who is behind this?

An EU-based company operating an AI-first audit pipeline with certified human review. More on the about page, including who signs the reports.
